Set a deadline for achievement of your goal. Otherwise you may never get there. In order to reach your goals sooner rather than later, you need time boundaries. This is a good place to implement the previous principle - set realistic deadlines. Approaching deadlines can spur you to greater action. Just be sure not to focus on the fact that you haven't reached your goal yet, because that will decrease your motivation and slow or halt your progress.

What are your business goals for 2011?

    My goal is to establish a long term business. I've been marketing online for 10 years, I've been able to earn a good living as I haven't had to work for anyone during that time but I failed to lay a solid foundation. That's a goal of mine.

    My 2011 business goal is to try and learn to rely on others, and build a team of Internet Marketers who are the absolute best at what they do (although they may not start out that way).

    YAY! I was planning a similar post to this but hadn't made it that far into organizing my thoughts and plans yet.

    So I'll tell you what I've done so far.

    • I've taken stock of my assets and inventory in a nice little spreadsheet. I've taken this to the extreme of categorizing all of my resell rights products and cross referencing them by the rights I get with them.
    • I've made a list of tools and resources I still need
    • I have created a financial plan to fund the procurement of those tools and resources
    • I've made a list of 18 niches that I still need to drill down.
    • I've made a plan for about 14 sites, some of which are already in development.
    • I've done the research on traffic, market price point thresh holds, and advertising opportunities.
    • I've projected the income from them
    • I've projected the expenses for producing and marketing
    • I've structured a reinvestment plan
    The remaining task is to restructure my outsourcing plans to tweak them for maximum profit potential.

    Incidentally, this has all been done between Black Friday and today.

    Goals:
    6 niche websites that make 10 sales of one $35.00 product per week.
    The other 8 sites are IM related.

    Additionally, I plan to add 10 more Adsense sites to my portfolio.

    The IM products brought to full blown launch.

    With the projections I have done so far, minus the launch projections for the IM products, I see a 200K year.

    I have actually been writing this down in a spiral notebook all day today so I can then put in a spreadsheet and have a substantial plan for 2011.

    reach my goal of at least 2000$ a month. I've had a few sales here and there but I used to make that amount at my old job and decided to switch to IM. So now, i gotta reach that.
