Both domains are similar niche... just one word off from eachother.. both have .net domains available.

Domain 1: 3 words, 4400 exact searches/month, .7$ CPC, 3,000,000 hits

Domain 2: 3 words, 2400 exact searches/month, .5$ CPC, 300,000 hits

which one should I go with?

    Why not buy both? find the right coupon and it's under $10

    If both are in the same / similar niche you can double your efforts and work on two sites for the price of one.
