HELP...Effective Ways To Increase Traffic?

Depends on niche which you are in.

You can post comments (with your link) to thousands of sites that relevant to your site to get massive traffic.

Remember: no traffic = no sales.

If you can get a good share script, or tweet this script, then people will start sharing your website, and the traffic will start to snowball.

Social networks can generate traffic for you and they do work. But you have to remember for them to be effective for more than just creating a backlink, you have to have quality content on them as well. My articles on EZA brings in lots of traffic. My Squidoo lens and hubpages hubs also contribute to my traffic. Pinging with Pingler also helps me get pages indexed fast.

Article marketing. But for super fast and high ranking it is good to upload articles to some special doc sharing sites.

Social media: You really need to participate there. It seems so more you participate, so probably more results you will get.

Article marketing is calculable, what I love in it. You can calculate your results very precisely. Just choose keyword, write quality article and submit it. Ping, digg it... If keywords are competitive, then do some backlink boost.

But usually there is no need for backlinks when you upload to right places.

The two methods that have been the most effective for me are article marketing and backlinks.

Articles with proper keyword's will generate and continue to generate lots of free traffic. Backlinks from a few authority sites will certainly help you with SEO.

Also make sure that you do proper keyword research and use those keywords on your site/blog and in your articles.
