Warriors: What tasks do you outsource ?

Just curious about what tasks are most outsourced by other warriors.

Would it be article writing/submission, backlink creation, video creation, posting on forums, blog commenting, creating accounts on twitter, facebook and adding friends, posting ads on craigslist/backpage or something else ?

      Yeah outsource as much as possible now. Installing scripts, article writing. I still make my own videos though these are quick and simple so thats no problem.

      I own an e-commerce site that manufacturers our own products. So online stuff, I outsource graphics, web design, programming, and article writing.

      Offline things, I outsource product creation (chinese factory), which is the biggest time saver. Also, my dad is in partnership with me..so he acts as the "General Manager" and has a few employees working for him.

      On the plus side, I crush competitors. Mostly because they are still small operations that do most of the work themselves. They might be 5 days behind on orders and that creates customer service problems. And while they're busy with 50% of the orders I have, I'm still promoting like crazy.

      They choose to take the short view on their business. They THINK they are making more money by doing the work themselves. Truth is, there are LOTS of benefits to doing VOLUME. Because of the volume I do, I get such great pricing from my manufacturers that it beats their cost. And because I ship so much product, I get a 25% kickback from shipping companies...so shipping becomes a profit center for me.

    I don't outsource much yet, but hopefully I'll be able to start outsourcing soon. I did just put in an order for some banners - since that is something I'm useless at.

    Oh and I outsourced some backlinking too!

    I always hire others to write my Articles... in my opinion that's probably the most difficult thing since it's not just being precise but also creative (I'm referring to UNIQUE artivles and not re-writes). It just makes hours of coding look like a piece of cake

    I like to outsource graphics and video (because I'm not very good at those), and backlinking (because I'd rather spend my time doing other things). I actually enjoy writing, building websites, and researching keywords (I'm such a geek!), so I still do most of that myself.

      It's graphic and web designing.

      This has something to do with creating the most attractive and pleasing interfaces that anyone could see. Specifically, this would include the making of logo, website templates, website layout - which are definitely difficult. Extra skills and knowledge are needed for this job, that is why many outsource for it.

    articles, sometimes I pay for them, and sometimes I get em free. yes Free.

    I am not really a good designer so I get banner ads, and headers done for a good price. It is getting competitive nowadays...so that does help us little outsourcing bugs.

    The question should be what do you NOT outsource?

    I currently do not outsource:
    - Hiring people
    - Strategic thinking about opportunities
    - Decision making on what niches we write about
    - a few other things that probably COULD be outsourced as I refine my business

    Rule of thumb: if you can outsource it to someone for a price lower than it would cost you to do it yourself (price = income AND lifestyle) then outsource it.
