Outsourcing - what else can i outsource?

The more content you put out, the more traffic that you will get.

Apart from just writing articles, you can outsource forum participation and social media involvements which are charged on an hourly basis.

You can and should outsource EVERYTHING!

But remember this quote from Bill Gates....

"The first rule of any technology used in business is that automation applied to an efficient operation will magnify the efficiency. The second is that automation applied to an inefficient operation will magnify inefficiency"

So basically learn to create "systems" for your business - then outsource these so you can focus on growing your business further.

In terms of getting more traffic some would suggest video submission will give you far more effective "reach" than article marketing can.

Apologies if you already understand how it works but here's a short summary:

Basically the concept is you submit multiple formats of the same video/audio to multiple video sharing sites/multiple pod casting sites which in turn submits to multiple blogs. (your site URL/keywords are heavily listed in the description and all associated tags)

Search engines go WTF! This site must be important its suddenly appeared seemingly everywhere so indexes it highly.

Best of all they don't care what the video is (but something half decent for the humans out there to actually provide them with a reason to visit your site would be preferred!)

Yeah, outsource whatever you can.

I once had a spell when I was literally making money for sitting on my backside with site flipping - posted a project for and found a couple of freelancers on Elance that could create slick Wordpress blogs at $30 apiece (articles, logo, my theme, my server). Had them create a few dozen, listed them on Sitepoint (outsourced the sales copy there). All I really had to do was pay for stuff (listing, domains, hosting), and made something like $5,000 profit off doing this. Good times.

Agree with the above though - you can outsource almost anything you can think of, and if you can't think of it you're not thinking hard enough. :p
