How many of you hire or outsource Project Managers?
Hey guys,
I'm curious on how many people actually have project managers in place for their businesses?
I'm asking since i believe the key to outsourcing is to actually have these people to setup most of your business and of course you need to train them, but it will be worth it later on.
This is coming from someone who has 2 managers in play at the moment managing my call center and other seo/content stuff for my businesses and i think it's essential to make things work for your business.
