How could I sell an article and a squidoo lens

I have a review article that ranks 5th on google and a squidoo landing page that convert about 3 - 5 sales per month

I was thinking of selling these to a beginner internet marketer to get them some building capital.

My question is how would I go about doing this so it is fair and easy for the buyer,

to sell them a top ranking google article, and the squidoo landing page,

would I just offer to put there link in the resource box and there clickbank link on the lens

    Just transfer the lens to whoever buys it, you can do this fairly easily from your squidoo dashboard.

    what about the article that drives all of the traffic to the lens,

      Just leave it alone. If you try to change it EZA is liable to take the article completely down. They would probably consider it "selling links" which violates their TOS. Sell the package to someone that is happy using the squidoo lens for either driving additional traffic to another website or using it as a "sales page" of sorts like you are doing now.
