Thanks James, but I am looking for a Free one. Ninja Affiliate has many bells and whistles that I don't need, looking for a simple one that links keywords.

Gail,

does it work with the latest WP version? It says it's compatible up to 2.7 and hasn't been updated for almost 2 years...

Istvan, I'm using Wordpress Version 3.0.2 and it works perfectly. I tried out several auto linkers after Headzoo went defunct before settling on this one. It's the best free one that I know of.

You don't need any paid plugin. You can use Pretty Link (free version) to mask the links, and then in a combination with the Automatic SEO Links plugin to conver the keywords automatically to a link.

Why pay for things you can get for free?
