Article Blasting Advice Needed

Fellow warriors,

I'm looking at using some sort of service to blast my articles out to lots of different sites. I currently submit manually to 2 or 3 article directories but want to get my articles out to more sites no.

Ideally I'd like one that will spin the article as well.

Does anyone have any advice on the best software / service available for this?
