Critique my Article Writing

Hello Warriors! Previously, I had tried to start a PLR Article business. I had to stop everything due to personal family issues.

Now, I'm ready to really get this business going. I'm starting slow and will probably start with a WSO full of PLR articles then move onto creating a whole "mall" of plr articles.

Although, I would like to know what I need to focus on in order to improve my writing skills.

I have attached a small article with my work. I've looked it over once, but I think I could've checked it more clearly. I think I may also hire an editor or proofreader just to help me with some errors I may not have found myself.

    It is not to bad.
    But you are right you should proof read it.
    There are instances of words that should be substituted.

    Being intelligent and smart are very important key factors to becoming a healthy eater. Being "food smart" is not all about the amount of grams and fat there is in your daily food intake. There is many more things you must keep in mind. Reading labels and calculating calories are two of the main important factors when trying to eat healthy.

    But i make mistakes also.
    Ed Dale from the 30 day challenge suggests that you write your articles one day,then wait a day or 2 and reread them and make changes,not the same day,and not when your writing them.

    But i would post it on my blog after a few changes,keywords,ect...

    Thanks for the advice!

    What I basically did for this article was research and print out notes and such. Or if I was rewriting I would print out the article. I wrote it on my smartphone. For some reason, it makes me focus easier when writing on my smartphone, I have no idea why haha. I'm just weird. And then I looked it over really quickly. I think next time, I will check it over twice and much more slowly.
