How to chck google adsense profits

A few dumb newbie questions - I'm just returning my attention to some internet marketing. I have some quick blogs I put up on google's blogger. Sounds goofy but I don't even know how to check my google adsense profits (if any, I've done no promotion whatsoever). How would I do that.

Also I'd just like to get general opinions as to the likelihood of making money from a simple google blog. Any thoughts on that?

thanks a lot,

Just go to Google.com/adsense, login with your username and password.

You can make money with a simple blog, it all comes down to your content and link building. The content needs to be helpful and useful to the reader. It is good to know that making money from a blog takes time and a lot of work.

To tell you the truth it's even worse and I'm even more clueless. I seem to remember signing up for adsense some time ago, but it's not on this blog I set up - clearly, I don't see any ads - and when I go to google adsense there's some front page that asks me if I want to try the new adsense and I don't even see how to go to the subsequent page or whatever. How do I just sign up for/check to see if I have and adsense account?

    thanks

If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Can't access your account? " on the login page. You will not have any adsense ads on your blog unless you have content, so if you have not signed up for adsense yet, I recommend writing 5 - 10 blog posts before you sign up.They will check your blog and most likely approve you if the blog looks ok and has some good content on it.

Thanks Tommen but I did go to that page and literally can't see how to "log in" exactly or where it displays info. It shows me as logged in (to google, same as adsense?) and shows that I have a "publisher ID." But that's it - how do I check if it's on a particular blog or put it on a particular blog?

This is wild - even when I click "try the new adsense interface" it just doesn't go anywhere. The page just stays there. What they hey?
