Help needed regarding outsourcing product creation

Ok, so here's the backstory:

There's a niche I'm incredibly interested in. However, I am no 'expert'. I cannot provide proof and proof in this niche is pretty essential. I can probably create fair info products, but that's not good enough.

I want to find an expert and propose they help me create this product. What would be required from them is helping create a video course and have an interview. How can I offer a payment system for this? I do not have cash now to pay them and do not want to be paying x% of all sales forever. Any ideas on how I can get around this dilemma? Perhaps I could propose that they get 100% commission for X sales. I'm unsure how to go about this and need some help and ideas here - obviously I want to be paying the minimum amount possible. Also how much would say a 10 module video course (videos of 1hour +) product cost to create and average cost to buy?

Yo Matt..first I think it will be hard to find someone to do this work on a pay me when I get a sale type of thing..believe me that's not going to happen.

But if you are looking ofr outsaoureing..I will say you will have to talk to the outsourcing king..Tyrone Shum

Tyrone Shum know everything there is to know about outsourcing..just Google him..

Thanks its not really outsourcing as such,

It's more approaching people to see if they'll do something.

Any suggestions in how I go about approaching people and how I can get them to agree, obviously payment is kind of crucial.

Matt, I guess in order for someone to take on a project like this, they'd have to believe in the niche as much as you do. This could actually be a good opportunity for someone who has the tools, but can't get past the "find a niche" step to get started.

Providing that person comes along, I'm sure they'd agree to getting X% of every sale until their fee of $Y was paid.

PS - PM me your niche

      I'm not sure you understand.

I want to find an expert of the niche. That person will probably have no IM experience or anything, just a love for their Niche. I want to utilise their talents and get them to help me create a product.

JV's are not about what you can take from the relationship, but more about what you can give.

It is up to you to find a list of possible prospects who can verify your proof.

You'll want to approach them with a professional letter, highlighting what you are going to do for them.

Your second obstacle is the video production part. You might find someone for as cheap as 300 bucks - but it will require serious digging.

Your other option is to figure out the video thing on your own - but this could cost more than just having someone else do it and could be more time consuming.

Personally, as a video person if I was working for the "promise" of future payment I'd have to write it off as a total gamble and most likely would not even consider taking up that kind of project unless I knew the person really well.

Ahhhh, I see... well then it might not be as hard to find someone who is willing to work with you as you think. Let's say your niche is Star Trek fans - how hard is it to get one of those guys to chat about star trek for 3 days? they're happy to do it if you're willing to listen! Since you can't pay up front - unless borrow money - all you can do is offer a % of sales until their fee is covered
