There has been some debate about use of Serif fonts, with many arguing that sans-serif is easier to read online. Here are two salesletters by prominent marketers who know a thing or two about salesletters: Maverick Business Insider: Make more, have more fun and give back more Traffic Secrets Of course if YOU prefer sans-serif you'll find plenty of salesletters that use it. In the end whether your letter gets read and understood is dependent on a lot of other factors too - and younger readers may have a lot more computer time and a lot less reading books and newspapers and may actually prefer sans-serif fonts for that reason.... but PSST. here's a little secret ...older people have more money. |
