Default Serif fonts in salesletters by top marketers

There has been some debate about use of Serif fonts,
with many arguing that sans-serif is easier to read online.

Here are two salesletters by prominent marketers who know
a thing or two about salesletters:

Of course if YOU prefer sans-serif you'll find plenty of salesletters
that use it. In the end whether your letter gets read and
understood is dependent on a lot of other factors too - and
younger readers may have a lot more computer time and
a lot less reading books and newspapers and may actually
prefer sans-serif fonts for that reason.... but PSST. here's
a little secret ...older people have more money.
