10 THINGS TOP MARKETERS HAVE IN COMMON

Hi all!

This is my first post but I am far from a newbie!

I have been learning online marketing for the last 6 months and have been learning from all the amazing free content available.

Like many people here - I have had the amazing "A-ha" moment of when I sold my first information product online and have steadily been growing my business ever since.

I've decided to GIVE back to the community and hopefully help those either frustrated or ready to give up.

Push on!

I'm sure you've heard it before but you don't want to be the person who stopped digging just a few inches short of gold!

To help you stay focused, Take a moment to reflect for a moment...

See if your efforts are focused in the right direction.

Here are my observations of the MOST successful online marketers online...
(Although the same could probably be said for most successful business owners)

1. They all OWN their own products

Sure you might make A LOT of money promoting other peoples products but you NEED TO WORK to create this income. All the TRULY successful marketers make money whether or not they are "working"

2. They all have a large sales FUNNEL

CUSTOMERS are the most important part of getting sales, without them you make no money SIMPLE. And getting them can be time consuming and expensive - so maximizing each customers $ value is extremely important.

3. They all have a HIGHLY SYSTEM DRIVEN SALES PROCESSES

The MARKETER is not required at any stage of the process - IT IS ACTUALLY HINDERED BY THEIR PRESENCE. Once leads are acquired the system goes to work and generates MONEY.

4. They have a CONTINUITY program or service

Whether you see it or not THE TRULY SUCCESSFUL marketers have continuity.

- monthly newsletters
- membership programs
- services which:
> take a % of every transaction
> monopolize on traffic through advertising

5. They OUTSOURCE heavily

They are PROJECT MANAGERS - sure initially they did everything but as time goes on they do what they do best.... CREATE IDEAS

Others put the work into action - anything that CAN be outsources IS
NO EXCEPTION

6. They are all ENTREPRENEURS

They aren't really marketers they are entrepreneurs they literally convert ideas into SYSTEMS which create money.

7. They all GIVE heavily and believe in the SPIRIT of ABUNDANCE

The TRULY successful are humbled by their success and aren't afraid someone will STEAL their success/ideas - THERE IS A VAST OCEAN OUT THERE only your self beliefs are stopping you from reaching your dreams.

8. They all STARTED with nothing/very little

They all had to start somewhere..... this may be obvious but THEY started just like you - until you believe that you can do it too - you won't get far.

9. They all WORKED VERY HARD for LITTLE/NO PAY initially

They all worked long hours, long days for little or no pay initially. Whether or not you believe it everything they created took time or money or both.

10. They are highly GOAL/TARGET ORIENTATED

They may do it different ways but each in their own way uses the power of the subconscious mind to achieve more.


I hope this helps someone out!

My final recommendations.....

• Stop buying/constantly searching for "the next best thing"
• Find a business plan/system you are happy with (NOT A MONEY MAKING SCHEME)
• Draw or write it down
• Stick it above your computer monitor

STICK TO IT FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS

YOU WILL MAKE MONEY!

Great post man. I think you hit the nail on the head with all 10 of your observations. People should print this out and remember them, and most importantly remember to pick one method and stick to and focus on it! That is one of the biggest keys for sure.

That was a spectacular first post, and it cuts through the CLUTTER of thoughts and ideas out there, to focus on the 10 KEYS to making money online.

You should really change your user name to your real name, so you can also build a reputation on here. (You'll probably want to do that later anyway, so why not do it now and get proper credit for such a great post?)

1. They have huge self confidence and courage to sell things, while most out there are afraid to death to "SELL, SELL, SELL".

Who gives a shizzatt about rejection... blasting... gettting rocks thrown at you... ridicule? All that happens because of jealousy... human nature... and people hate being sold to. People are resistant to sales attempts (see Blair Warren). But, top dogs continue to SELL, SELL and SELL.
