changed site's content, how to get Google to crawl

Two days ago I realized I was keyword stuffing, so I edited my content. It's still not showing, what can I do?

    I would start building backlinks on dofollow sites. That way, the google bots will follow those links to your sites. Backlinking is a major part of SEO. Also, you should try to get some of your main keywords in the anchor text of the backlinks.

    Can take a few days. Actually in my experience something in the region of up to a week for new versions of the same content to appear in the Google index. So just wait it out, and do something else useful in the meantime, like add some new content or start another site

      Try re-submitting your site map through Google Webmaster Tools. Generally this will bring up the revised content quickly in google.
