Anyone that helps launch products for a split of profit?

i have two product ideas that i would be willing to do almost ALL the work for and all the initial investment. The only problem Is I would want a mentor or someone that has already done very successful product launches to guide me. I don't know if thats a normal thing or that inst something that normally happens but I thought it would be better than lauching such a great product half ass.

I would split all the profits 50/50 or whatever was fair. Maybe more for the mentor im not sure. My main goal would be in learning how to do a launch.

I would be interested in helping you, I will be looking into offering a product creation / luanch service and would offer up my services to you on this occasion. I have no big launches in my name, but I know I can do a great job for others. Its just mine I dont do right, psychological, lol
