5 keywords - 64,890 searches - 4706 competing pages

Advice would be appreciated.

I have found 5 keywords with over 64,000 searches per month, and only 4700 competing pages.

How can I know if they are commercial, or empty for a reason? DO not want to give away the keywords obviously, but is in the love niche.

I tried the audience intelligence tool. Got a 0.5

No adwords campaigns. I honestly think though, that they can be very profitable.

Maybe I could:

- offer an e book/video/report on the exact keyword topic then capture emails and lead them over to a more general part of the niche

- Just offer an e book/course on the exact topic, and heavily article market with a link to a landing page, then the sales page.

It seems crazy to me to spend so much time and effort if the niche is not commercial. But, I guess no guts no glory?

How would you go about it?...even though I have given you limited info to work with.
