Are there any ideas among Warriors..

to help solve the current unemployment problem.

For example I set up an informal discussion group
in my Temple between former employees and current employers.

The discussion lasted 1 hour and both the Employees and Employers
came away feeling that they wanted to expand it to the immediate Westwood community.

I am currently employed, but I also worry about the future. I think that if open a dialog among human beings maybe we can make a difference.

Let's show them that we care.

What do you thin?

I've been unemployed for about a decade, now.

That isn't really a problem.

My problems stemmed from back in the day when I WAS an employee!

All that work going in to making someone else rich.

Sounds like you are the Employer type. Any ideas on helping employees?

With all due respect, danto2, this is not the place to get help on how to get a job. You can find that at monster.com or careerbuilder.com or one of the many other websites that specialize in this.

If, on the other hand, you want to help those that are unemployed learn how to make a living using the Internet, then stick around...that's what we do here. Just let us know what you're looking for.

The OP was pretty clear in his post that they already have a job.

I'm just not clear on what sort of help is being asked for.

To solve unemployment, one must do something to help others to stand on their own or to do business alone. I think it's about mindset. Explore it and be a risk taker.
