How to improve your Traffic Quality

Focusing on affiliate offers that do not require a credit card submission (ie, email / zip code, dating, education offers), what are some strategies and methods to increase the traffic quality sent to these offers? The higher the quality of traffic, the less scrubbing, higher epc you would generate right? Think about it, would you rather; a) send 10,000 low quality traffic leads to an offer, or b) send 3,500 high quality traffic leads to an offer? Lets pretend you paid the same amount of money for both traffic options. Which option would produce a better return on investment? It only makes sense. I'm not focusing on any particular niche, but just in general terms to create a brainstorming session here. What are some things we can do to improve the traffic quality sent to the offers we promote?

      Well obviously 3.5k targeted high quality visitors are more likely to get you greater profits.

      In the 10k low quality visitors you are making a gamble. Given there are over a billion internet users today, the probability of your getting chance buyers in 10k is pretty low.

      This is simple math.

      Suppose there are 2k persons in the world who would actually be interested.

      Now, if you include even 200 of them in the 3.5k, you will make a profit:

      200xP, where P is profit per sale.

      If you choose 10k randomly, from a population of say 1 million including all the 2000 definite buyers. There will be:

      10,000 x 2000/1,000,000 = 20 buyers.

      That's still a tenth of the probable sales in the other case!

      Now the rest of it is there for you to figure out.

    second option is to go 4 as targeted audiences is always one must look for and you will have greater profit with 3.5 k quality leads.

    No matter what industry you are in, you should be trying to pre-qualify your traffic and pre-sell your prospects on your offer.

    Once they have left your property and entered into the offer page, you have lost all control over the outcome.

    So do your best to ensure a more successful conclusion to the process.
