Do you subscribe for the membership, and then they provide lists of Email list owners(per your niche) + give you details of their sites for you?

and you have to email/contact them for Jv deals? and you have to do all the donkey work?

what help does DOE give Besides providing you the list of email niche list

If not, can you explain the method in which they operate in some steps ?

Yes. Note that you need to pay the publishers if you want to buy solo ads. The membership fee doesn't include lifetime solo ads

free classifieds on Charlie's site, DOE rewards program, DOE learning center, etc. You can find the benefits on the salesletter (Go to the index page of the site, click on "No thanks - I already have the book" and you'll see the salesletter).

DOE is all about ezine advertising and sending out solo ads, having ezines with good size lists send out individual emails which you provide to promote your product or service. As a member of DOE you get the ability to look up under your niches details about the ezines that will do this type of advertising for you. The detailed information is pretty good. Some offer discounts for DOE members. However with some research on your own you could probably find this same information. These is also some additional training and useful information that comes with your membership. Charlie Page, who runs DOE, does provide some good tips and he wants to help you succeed. If you plan to do this type of advertising, essentially using someone elses list, that DOE is something to consider.
There is a realatively new video about it at He says there is a new free trial available

    Hi

I also have questions. I am thinking about joining. do you need a website? I do have the products that I would like to promote. How do you exactly submit articles with them?

You don't need anything but money to pay for the membership

You contact the publishers who accept guest articles.

It's a Directory of Ezines: as Adrian says, you don't need anything more than the subscription-fee, to subscribe to it.

But its purpose is to give you ways to syndicate articles, and clearly there wouldn't be much point in syndicating articles without a website. Article syndication is a traffic-generation method. You clearly need a website to which to generate the traffic! (And actually you need a whole lot more than just that, too, before there'd be any point in trying it).

This is how article syndication works (this post is the bare bones: there are 100 other threads giving fuller details): http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post5035794

Just make sure you don't try to promote them in the articles! Nobody wants to syndicate promotional articles.

You need to start by understanding what sort of articles people will syndicate, and why. Thread like this will help: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post3188316

And here: How to Find Article Syndication Partners?

      And here: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...marketing.html

If you'll excuse my saying so, I think it will really help you a lot to read a large number of threads here about how article syndication works, before trying to decide whether or not to subscribe to the DoE.

In short, it's just one specific tool to help you perform one of the stages of an entire business model.
