WP Plugin That Automatically Adds 'Read More'?

So I'm trying to auto-blog and it's looking pretty hideous with these posts being super long with no 'Read More' tag on there. I don't have the time to go edit each post and add the <!--more--> tag.(That would defeat the purpose of auto-blog)

I'm searching like crazy to find a plugin that will automatically add the <!--more--> tag after so many lines.. Any ideas??

I could be searching for it wrong(i do that a lot)...

If anyone has a clue, I'd highly appreciate it

    I really don't know but have you tried the reading page where it says full text or summary? I don't use it but I would think that might work. Hope this helps you

    I just tried that on one of my sites but I use an amazon product plugin so I still don't know if it works.

      Yeah I tried 'Summary' but it didn't change anything =/

    Okay, I tried it on a different site... not anywhere so I can share it here Best Way To Stop Smoking Now and got read the rest....? never mind it says that no matter what I do... sorry

      Not sure if you meant what you said earlier or the Evermore plug-in, but either way, what shows up, i.e. "Read more" or "Read the rest" etc., is set up in your theme. So you'd have to edit the index.php of the actual theme you're using to change the text.

        I don't know what you mean by if I meant what I said earlier? :confused:but I don't use a plugin and I think it's that way on that site because I use expert wp... I don't use it on my sites any more but that one is a .info and gets me nothing so I really don't pay any attention to it....
