INTERNET MARKETING

Hey

Just looking for some advice from people who have been in the same situation as me. Right now I'm launching a product and am an affiliate on Paydotcom. I want to know, how did YOU go about growing your product and getting people to promote it, how did you personally get started with your own product, or did you simply just use "bum marketing" methods and got lucky with a few JVs along the way?

What advice would you offer me? I'm really open to ideas and suggestions right now, it always helps no matter what, it'll get me thinking in new ways I feel. Thank you so much in advance!

Contact other site owners in your same niche, give them a review copy and
request them to send out a mailer.
90% of your mails will not get any response but don't give up contact and persuade them, its about building relationship, use sites like twitter, facebook to find potential partners and pitch your product to them.

The most viral technique, give something away (of quality/value) for free that includes a backlink to your website offer.

Honestly, all my JVs come from workin with people...and talkin to them. I write emails ALL the time and find people to help. I develop the relationship with non-biz conversations and then use their lists. I make them money and they do the same. It's really that simple.

Find a way for people to see you as a friend and not some anonymous computer face and they will help.

People buy off people they like...plain and simple.

Last tip, don't necessarily go after people like Filsaime or Reese b/c they hear it a lot. Get a lot of mid to low level players involved...make them money and then you're the next Filsaime since you have a MASSIVE jv list and can promote anything with tons of traffic.

Andy, one thing you'll want to do is make an offer to other warriors right

in the joint venture forum.

It's great. People who are interested in teaming up with you

The fastest way I launch products is to rent out publishers list. It's similar to a JV.

You can send out an ad for your product for $100 or less and reach over 10k subscribers without having to pay affiliate fees. If you are smart you will also build a list to keep selling to the same customers.

  Yeah it's a market technique that is overlooked. They are very receptive because they are very a targeted market.
  
  I basically look for online magazine (ezines) publishers that have a newsletter in my niche market. I send an ad to their subscribers pointing to my product.
