Many new hosting clients have trouble figuring out the difference between WHM panels and cPanels. This video discusses the use of both.

      Up until 3 months ago, I did NOT know the difference between cPanel and WHM, and I have been working online for some time now. I get so intimidated by techie stuff that I outsource 90% of it. But my new host has some great videos that explain it all, so one weekend I decided to DIG IN! These small details can really help boost your confidence as you try to make IM-ing your full time job.

    This is a good video and resource. Many clients do not understand the difference between them and it is very important to know their functionality because both have great tools within them depending on what side of the fence you are on (the end user or the system admin).
