How to market a video

I am thinking of using a site that will allow me to create videos eaily and they also have a submission facility.

Apart from the abvious submitting to the likes of YouTube etc, what else would you suggest in order to try and get your videos to rank well in the search engines and on these video sharing sites.

Any advice really appreciate.

    =social bookmark your videos to popular sites
    =Ping the url of your videos

      Try to search on youtube how to create youtube rss.

      Once you already know, try submitting it to pingomatic or other ping submission for free.

      Just do a search i google.

        are you saying you need to find out how you get your rss from your youtube account and then you need to ping the rss feed not the actual url of the video?

        please can you or anyone clarify this for me.

          For all the Video submission sites be sure

          1.) Your account name is the exact title of the video
          2.) Domain Name is the same as the title and the account name
          3.) Exact same keywords in the description starting with your URL so its visable when the video is uploaded.
          4.) Exact same Keywords in tags

          Thats a good start

            Thanks Gaz, I am abit confused as I intend to have many videos per account and they will not all be the same as the account or domain name, am I just not getting it?? Pls can someone help me to at least understand this....thanks!
