How do I create autmoated responses for facebook fans who "Like" our page?

We are trying to set up automatic messages to our new "Like" fans on our facebook page. Does anyone know how to do this? Is it an outside service or platform that we can integrate?

    I think what you are talking about is having a custom welcome tab that shows when users first hit your page. Then when they click on the 'LIKE' button above, it shows a different version of that tab? So you can show different content to those that 'LIKE' your page.

    I'm not sure of any other way to do it. This is how most people do it and also how I have done it. The code you need can be found here:

    That's the exact code I am using on my fanpage. It's very easy to setup if you know a bit of FBML (Facebook Markup Language) which is something you will need to know in order to setup your custom tabs anyway. Hope it helps!
