    I'm a little confused. You want to make a website like Wixx (which is giving me some kind of music news website or something - I can't even tell), but you compare it to Webs and Weebly?

    Do you want a website on music news or do you want to create a website that will allow others to create websites? Do you have any skills already that you wouldn't want to outsource? Do you have a budget? For every skill you outsource, there's a large price variation depending on the quality.

    You need more specifics.
