MRR Support Desk?

Does anyone have a support desk that is EASY to use, install, etc. that comes w/ MRR?

Oh, it should actually work too.

I used a Helpdesk script that came with Resell Rights before. It was called 'VIP Helpdesk' or something along those lines. I couldn't remember. But I do recall it was a script from the VIP Profit Software package. Maybe try googling for it or another member in the forum can remember it better than me.

Yes it's workable, though simpler in features compared to helpdesk scripts like PerlDesk. You can have knowledge and data base, create departments and assign user-staff with it.

I use an old script called Main Support which has now gone to a paid service but the old script is still available and works great.

While it is not free why not make some videos how to install and use then give the script for free.

I use live desk pro, i believe it has mmr as it comes with a sales page etc...
