ATTN: HUGE Domain Flipping Opportunity Coming? You Decide

According to this mashable article:

GoDaddy Super Bowl Ad to Hype .Co Domains

"Go Daddy will use its 30 seconds during next year’s Super Bowl to promote the .co domain, with lots of skin, of course.

The domain registrar, which has advertised in the big game since 2005, hopes that viewers will flock to Web sites ending in .co, and then spur a new round of buying. Since dotCO launched in July, about 500,000 have been registered. Go Daddy and partner .CO Internet S.A.S. sell the domains along with Register.com, Network Solutions and others.

An estimated 100 million people are expected to watch the Super Bowl on Fox on Feb. 6. Thirty-second spots are going for around $3 million. Go Daddy, which produces its own ads, plans to feature Danica Patrick and Jillian Michaels in the ad, but isn’t giving any other details about it."

You may want to load up and prepare for some flipping.

I've had a batch for some time and have built sites on some3 of them. I buy them at namecheap though because they are cheaper there.

Aside from godaddy's horrible ever changing platform and unlimited up-sells, how is namecheap as far as service?

Namecheap doesn't have all the upsells that Godaddy has so they don't have all the discounts that Godaddy has. I use both. Never had a problem with either registrar. I don't have a problem ignoring Godaddy upsells and if you have a large amount of domains at Namecheap, you can apply for the golddeal coupon code for a small discount on every purchase.
