Tool to Spy on banner & display ads (google content network, facebook, PoF, etc)

Hey guys, I'm kind of in a bind and this is really short notice.

I'm going to be releasing a product really soon designed to help marketers spy on display and banner ads. It basically allows you to spy on the banners and ads on webpages and websites. As you use the program it will give you stats as to what ads are repeating and for how long. It also automates the process of building a nice swipe file.

I'd really like to get some feedback from some well known warriors who might be interested in such a tool.

If you have skype and some free time later tonight or tomorrow to check the program out and give me your thoughts I'd love to send you a copy and chat with you on skype. I'm going to be busy for the next few hours.

Just a heads up, it's a windows desktop application.

    I'd be interested in testing it for you but no skype. I could only offer you a written review at this stage... But I am into banner advertising so it sounds like something that could be handy.

    Sounds good will, Doesn't even have to be a a full out review just some general feedback. I was planning to develop things a bit more before releasing the tool but my programmer wants us to start getting user feedback NOW before making the next round of modifications. I'll try and send you a PM later tonight, if not tonight it'll be early tomorrow at the latest. I'm finishing up a few things and working on getting some kind of members area together for some videos. Lots to do not much time.

      No problems at all, more than happy to do that for you. I'm fairly cluey with most of this stuff so should be able to figure out how to use it pretty quickly. And if it does what you say, then I think it'd be very useful.

        Cool beans! Regarding figuring out how to use the software.You'll definitely want to check out the training videos. I'm going to try and create a quick start video for you an others. It's not that the software is hard to use but the UI and overall intuitiveness is an aspect that where actually redesigning.

        The software is pretty easy to use but because of how the software does what it does its not something people will be familiar with using.

    Something I would be equally interested in seeing are CPV advertisement samples, I suspect one might have to put some mturk HITs to work to collect that information.

    Webapex, I thought about a tool to do just that. I discussed it with my programmer awhile back and he had good things to say. Sadly I had some health issues (had to get radiation) that caused me to take a lot of time off this year so almost all of my projects I was working on got delayed. Now I'm playing catch up. I'm going to bring up the CPV tool probably after the next revision or 2 of this banner/display spy tool.
