Any chance of a Video section in the forum

Warriors just want to run something by you all to if this would be a great idea!

We have most of the IM sections covered but no video and I think this is sadly lacking

as most of us do you use or make videos for our sites or need some help at times

As there are some fantastic creators out there but no avenue to help unless it is on the main forum

think this would be good or not!

      I agree. I think a video forum would be great! Video marketing is getting more and more popular these days especially with all the different video players out there and lazy people who don't like to read (like me).

    I've often thought that a visual media forum would be useful here too (and when I do it's always been in relation to video) since those who prefer to communicate with words instead of images are catered for by the copywriting forum. As well as accommodating video enthusiasts, a visual media forum could provide a resource for digital illustrators and photographers too.

      Amen Brother! As a video professional with 15 years experience I should "know it all". However, in the last couple of years the internet and SM have turned the video world on its head and I'm the first to admit that what worked before ain't necessarily gonna work today.

      I think a video community would be great.

    Video marketing is a very good tool, we people are very lazy so reading could be difficult sometimes , so sitting back while getting the information is a very good way to get it.

    So getting advantage of all this is very important.

      I would love to see a section where video is discussed. The reality is that in a few years we'll all be doing a lot more video stuff than we do now. It would be advantageous if we had a section that would allow those of us who want to get a head-start a place to learn and share.

    I would also see a benefit to this as a video blogger/marketer.

    I have lots of stuff to share that tends to get buried fast in the main forum.

    +1 to the idea of a Video Forum.

    There's a lot of warriors who are antagonistic towards video - if we had a separate video section they wouldn't need to go there.

    Great idea. Let's hope it happens - I'm relatively new so I'm not sure who makes the decisions on implementing this kind of idea. Anyone know the score?

      Great call! I love this idea. I could stand to learn a few things about video marketing. This is a very important part of any marketing mix, but we don't discuss it that often here.
