New to Internet Marketing

Hi guy's I'm new to internet marketing and have been doing some studing on what is the best way to go. I have done affiliate marketing when I lived in Costa Rica dealing with sports, but now that I'm back in the states I need to start something new and I'm sure my 3,000,000 leads I have for that industry will not work for anything else i promote, plus I had phone people who made calls so I never really had to do internet marketing.

So in short I will have to start from ground zero here and I am getting information over load. What would be the best place to start? I'm sure i will have to make web pages however I do not know how to do html so are there any good programs out there to make web pages? I was also looking at this program Carbon Copy Pro but it seams like a high price tag program and not sure if I want to invest that much to start off with.

any help and direction would be greatly appreciated

If you still have all those leads and they are physical mailing lists I’m sure you can use them with some type of affiliate program that is out there, and if you have email addresses I’m sure a notification that you thanking them for all their purchases and notifying them of your new website would help too.

As long as the email is with existing customers that you currently deal with there should be no problem with a onetime email thanking them for years of being able to serve them (and your new website address).

I would agree if they new me personally however they don't and not all them have utilized the company I was promoting at that time.

If you're new to website design, another option is to use XSitePro. The software is aimed at newbies, so it is very easy to learn. You can create as many projects and websites as you like, and it includes over 200 templates so you don't need to worry about designing just yet!

There are also lots of tutorial videos to accompany the software, for all of the cool features included in the software. They'll enable you to make the very most out of your websites. Here's the link to the homepage: Website Design Software (XSitePro)

There is nothing to lose to do outsourcing in the field you are not really good at. Moreover it can save a bit time of yours to improve your other skills.

If you've ever messed around with a blog of any sort, Wordpress is a great way to go (and you don't really need to "know" html at all). I've heard good things about Xsite pro ... I go real ghetto with things and use Kompozer ... lol ... but it gets the job done.

Just building a site isn't going to cut it though. What direction do you want to head? Get an idea of what you want to do and what kind of marketing method you want to work through, find a mentor or program to follow, find out what your market wants, and stick it out with "blinders" on until you see results.
