Managing Customer Service Requests

Hello

I have many emails and a few phone calls that come in each day.

I was wondering -- I am thinking of hiring a few people to work for me.

I currenly have one who does emails, but she often is late to respond to emails.

I'd prefer to pay my employees per each 'ticket' they fulfill (Email they answer), etc. That way the most eager-to-work employees would make the most money because theyd be often checking the ticket system, etc.

Are there any programs that would allow me to set up a system like this?

Any wordpress plugins?

Thanks for the input, but most of these are related to not getting download links, etc.

    Anyone have any input?

I would think that installing some help desk software (3Pillars comes to mind, although I know there are other ones) would solve your issue, give each employee their own login to the system, then you can check the logs and see which employee responded to the ticket.

I had the same problem, and we built that right into our system with custom programming. I think it is definitely worth the investment to have a system tailored to your needs once you start to have several requests per day.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

I'm surprised your customers are not getting their links properly.

The digital-delivery cart systems I've seen tend to have two simultaneous delivery systems:

      1) as soon as they complete their purchase, the customer is sent to a thank you page with the links right there for them

      2) the customer is also sent an email with the links

It seems like a "can't miss" situation. What digital delivery shopping cart system are you using?
