Have you not tried clicking the 'In English' button in the top right?

I literally just went to Amazon.co.jp： 通販 - ファッション&# x3001;家電から食&#x5 4C1;まで【無料&#x914 D;送】 and amongst all the Japanese text there is an 'In English' text link in the top right.

Honestly

Also, if you use Google Chrome - it offers to translate the page for you when you get there.

Unfortunately I don't know any Chinese or Japanese myself. It is already a well known fact that a knowledge of Chinese is a very big asset in the world of business today. In fact many colleges offering business administration programs include basic Chinese in their curriculum. I would therefore very much recommend you to find the time and money to study Chinese if you are planning on long term business relations with China.

I guess in case you don't have money then use some online translation tools like "Google translator". It is pretty good and efficient.

Why the Japanese site? It only sells here in Japan. If you have no knowledge of the language I don't see how you're going to promote it here. I can help you with the sign up, as I read the language. You'll have to do it tomorrow though. I'm sitting here with my main computer apart and bits and pieces everywhere.

Ok, I never expected that this thread will get such bombastic response.

Let me explain, you don't have to (essentially) know japanese to promote products from the Japanese Amazon site.

I'm promoting a physical product which has the largest amount of traffic coming from Japan, followed by western countries such US, UK, Germany etc. So basically, this product is attracting traffic from all countries where Amazon is located.

Now with Amazon, you have to sign up with all their affiliate programs individually (Country wise). So in essence, you'll end up with six different Amazon affiliate id's. Then you need to plug these into a wordpress plugin which will use only that affiliate id which corresponds to the country where the user is coming from.

So I don't want to loose the opportunity of displaying my affiliate link in front of all that Japanese traffic.

Why do you want to sing up if you don't even know the language. How would you make any profit? I would not burn my hands on it.

Sharp Eye...but unfortunately it doesn't serve my purpose.

Once the page is converted to English than I scroll to the bottom to click on "Amazon Associates". The page which turns up is again in Japanese and I'm unable to find any "in English" button over there.

No help from chrome either! Nowhere it offers to translate the page. I also tried "Google language tool" but it gives me an error during registration process. I guess this has to do with the fact that it's a secured area of the website.

if you do not konw even one word of Chinese or Japanese,I recommend that maybe you should stay away from the translate software,even you have a software,you must have a basis of that language.
