Amazon Sale, But No Earnings?

Anyone know why a sale might show up in Amazon, but the earnings would still be listed at zero? This happened last month and I thought that maybe I just had to wait until it shipped, but I don't think it ever showed up. I have another sale this month where the same thing is happening.

Any ideas?

    This has happened to me once or twice. When it first happened, it was because it was ordered but hadn't shipped.

    Sometimes people order it and then they can come back and cancel the order before it ships. Maybe they found a price lower somewhere else. If you are in doubt, email amazon and ask them.

    That is what I did when a sale of mine disappeared.

    This has happened to me but it usualy gets shipped, sometimes it's just a delay.

    JPB's suggestion also sounds like a possibility
