Quick Question... help for a newbie

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey all,

Newbie here. Trying to immerse myself into this fascinating world that is IM. Learning a lot from all you guys here in WF. Appreciate all your insightful posts.

I found a one word keyword that has monthly searches of 27k and google results of 103k and the .com domain is available. What about a two-word keyword with 40k+ monthly searches and 267k google results (.com domain available)
The only problem is that it is in spanish. I am a native spanish speaker so for me that is not a problem. The issue is there are not many products for the keyword in spanish.

What do you think? Should I buy the domains?

Any suggestions on how to monetize such a website?

One marketing expert gave a talk about the advantages of the latin market, suggesting it has lower competition reminiscent the U.S. market a few years ago.

But the keyword im talking about a in the health field. It is an illness that affects millions.

  Well, you can look at search volumes for different search engines & for different areas of the world. That's why I asked.
  
  Since the search volume stats are from Google.com, it's likely that the majority of the searches were done by folks residing in the US. That info is valuable to you since you need to know who your audience is in order to effectively market to them.
  
  Have you considered seeing if you can source products yourself at wholesale prices and then retail them? That may be a viable option to monetize the sites.

Just because a product is not in Spanish does not mean a Spanish speaker does not want it.

If the product has high value and they are able to read English, or it is a physical product, then you can provide the service of writing Spanish reviews and content to drive traffic to the product and create sales.

If it happens to be a Clickbank product you might even wish to contact the product owner and ask if they would be interested in a JV partnership with you. You could translate the product to Spanish, write a new sales page in Spanish, and negotiate a deal to split profits for the Spanish version.

The better question, are those keywords for a hungry market who are desperate to solve their problem? If so, you may have a winner.

The JV partnership is a great idea that also entered my mind. But I have not seen a product in clickbank (or others).

Amazon does have some products to solve and alleviate symptoms.
