Yeah my first CB commission was very easy.

I made $300 from a single guy who purchased forex software and some upsells.

To get that super-sale it I spent $10 on cheap pop-under traffic, using my hoplink as the URL I provided the cheap traffic company with. So about 30 minutes work in total.

It was a fluke that some of the "cheap traffic" came from a gold trading / investment forum!

If you're looking for lazy, "passive" cash like that, don't neglect Amazon products. If you already have eBay sites, then building Amazon sites wouldn't be too far of a stretch for you, would it?

The same sort of scenario happens there too...you're promoting a specific item, but you end up getting credit for something else totally different because Amazon's marketplace is vast, and thanks to your Amazon affiliate cookie deposited on your site visitor's computer, you end up getting credit for the sale of anything that he or she purchases!

Oh, absolutely. I am not making fortunes from Amazon, but I have started promoting them more lately and I know there is potential. I guess the smallish commissions can be frustrating sometimes, but as you point out that is more than made up for by the cross-selling and great conversions Amazon yields.

EPN (eBay Partner Network) is a different kettle of fish - they started penalising those incidental sales a while back, it's like, you weren't promoting that, so why should we pay you the full commission? But despite its flaws eBay also converts very well still (though it's not like the good old days, it's been MONTHS since I sold a real high-ticket item).

And going back to the OP - making $100 in one month off one Amazon, or any other niche product-based program is not at all out of reach, maybe ONE of the easiest ways, though I tend to go for easier keywords with less competition, that bring me a bit less, but are a whole lot easier to start ranking with.

As far as any affiliate marketing is concerned, it is not a work according to me, as it gives me joy when I work for them. I know sooner or later I am going to get some fruits coz I worked.

People normally keep in their mind, they wan to make money. If they think otherwise, that they want to help somebody, I bet they are going to be happy always going to the bank every now and then, The problem is Perception. Nothing else.

That is exactly how I got my "real" start after buying WAY more programs than I could afford. I got myself into debt big time, had a cheap Flip camera, and said "screw it! ... I'm gonna throw some videos up and see what it does". I used the videos to help sell stuff on Ebay and it worked easier than I thought. Then I used it for Clickbank and the same thing. Only problem was I didn't do it enough! haha Since then, I've moved my focus on to some other things (still using video as well), but those old videos still crank in Clickbank commissions without any further work.

This is a super simple method. animoto also a free method to create a unique video. Even we can use a presentation to make a video. I have seen many stories about people who got many conversion from youtube.

I agree, making an affiliate sale here and there is not overly difficult. The hard part for most is then making a consistent income and sustainable business out of promoting affiliate products.

Youtube is very much a game of luck. Some people spend hours trying to craft SEO friendly titles for their videos and choosing the right tags to target. Yet someone who has not given it a second thought can end up with a video going viral very quickly. All you need is one person to see your video, decide to embed it on their high-trafficked website, and off you go.

Yes, there is money to be made on Youtube, but replicating your success is the difficult part.

Blizzard is surprisingly gracious about certain things. Making guides to sell yourself? They're good with that. Videos and videos and videos of you playing and stuff? They're awesome with that. They've got users and players who've been with them for decades, and are more than happy to support a fanbase that creates everything from ebooks to comics to custom maps for Starcraft and Starcraft2. In fact, if they were going to shout copyright infringement, they'd do it on a majority of the machinima creators over on machinima.com who have used WoW to create their own web series and make money on their websites, paid by machinima, or money though ads on their site, and tell them to shut down.

What they're more likely to make a bitchfit about is someone selling bots, gold, leveling up other peoples characters, etc. That's a serious slap to their face, and they'll rear their legal ugly head on those people. As they have already.

This is seriously a cool way to make some quick cash using affiliate links and youtube

I'm guessing a lot of people still try this way (I've seen it being mentioned in a few e-books) but this is the first time someone's mentioned success using it. I'm sure there are a lot of people trying it out now; oh well, I'll try as well. Great tip

First of all thank you for starting this thread. I have been reading a lot in this forum about Clickbank products, but not really bothered to explore them. However, this thread somehow motivated me to check out the products on Clickbank. I found a cool tutorial which I want to try and market as an affiliate.
