Fellow Warrior member, Chris Guthrie, recently sold a website for $100k+ and shares some great info about the process on his blog that's worth checking out here - How To Sell A Website | Make Money on the Internet

I found this info to be informative because I recent;y purchased 2 domains that I plan to build into authority sites and actually try to sell in the next year/year and a half...we'll just see how it goes.

    Chris actually teased us about the sale here - I Just Sold A Website For A Nice Sum Of Money | Make Money on the Internet - so it was really cool to see him follow it up with this new info.

    Isnt it just a shame, or just a testament to the inefficiency of Yahoo!, that sites are constantly selling for decent value yet Yahoo! is just simply shutting down Delicious due to layoffs....even though the site has an Alexa ranking of 250.

      I also read that post and it sure is inspiring. It's really not that hard to create an authority site like that and sell it for a lot of money especially since the competition on Amazon right now is so low.
