|  Are we allowed to give away products for testimonials?
I have an ebook I just finished writing about selling cars on ebay and I need a few testimonials for the sales page, and I wondered if it was legal to give away the ebook to a few folks in exchange for some testimonials. Anyone? Thanks so much |

You can give your book away for a testimonials, but I would think it would apply to someone that needs to sell a car and them to try your way of doing it on ebay to be a true testimonial to what you are selling. Hope that Helps Richard Dean |

I'm no lawyer, but it sounds fine to my knowledge... It's a lot better than making fake testimonials that you see everywhere! (that you can spot a mile away no less...) I would be happy to take a look and give you my review. P.S. I've got an 84 318 BMW sitting in my garage that just has to go... I have never sold a car on ebay before... and have been thinking for months now, man... I just need to put it on ebay... but haven't gotten around to it yet. Thanks, I had not asked before so I did not know if it was against the forum rules for some reason. I will PM anyone who reads this thread and says they are interested in a testimonial in exchange for the ebook  Well,. I DO have to cut it off at the first 20 people,.. but you get the point.
