Whats a good free wordpress theme for Niche sites ie Amazon sites

I use WooThemes a lot, they are excellent and provide fantastic support.

Many of their themes are free, although if you are a paid member you can get access to all of the themes and their support.

Actually, stripey looks pretty good. I have used atahualpa before, I kind of like that one. Flexibility, but sometimes it loads a little bit slowly.

I personally like atahualpa but I think it's up to you what you are looking for - single column, double, colors, ease of use, as each have their own personality and that in my opinion what makes blogs so wonderful.

I like the atahualpa theme also and I'm using it on another one of my niche blogs. As I mentioned in another similar thread, atahualpa offers a lot in the way of customization (left column, right column or both, adj. column width, etc.) for a free theme and it's pretty easy to work with in WP back office. But you're right ... your choice of theme really boils down to individual taste/what you're trying to accomplish.

Flexibility 3 is the best free theme I've ever seen and don't understand why it isn't used more often. Very slick looking and the most easy user friendly options I've ever used. You won't be disappointed. Google it to find it

I'm using the Mandigo theme on 2 IPK style niche affiliate blogs - it's pretty easy to work with and customize.

Depends what your niche is.

I just look for a theme that is already designed around whatever I am promoting. For example, I have 2 websites that sell aquariums. I searched Google for "aquarium wordpress themes".

Easy as pie

I use the iNove theme alot. I like it because you can add a banner to the header (think adwords), has the the right sidebar and is easy to modify. I slightly modify mine by adding an amazon carousel that is static.

Most themes work fine. Try to use one that has a clean style with as little clutter as possible.

I second this one! Reviewazon is the best Wordpress plugin for being able to publish the product images/price and info on your site at the touch of a button.

Thank you for this valuable tip. This is just what I need for one of my websites. I've recently become an amazon affiliate myself and I need to embed the different amazon products on one of my blogs. By the way, this website was also created with wordpress. Just one tip from an experienced wordpress user: Don't clutter up your website with unnecessary multimedia.

I just use the default Ten Twenty theme and change to suit the product.4

It will always be up to date and very rarely breaks.
