Help..In a Rut For My Affiliate Program

Been with Share-A-Sale now since 2008 but let it go last year. By let it go meaning did not log in and update banners etc. Well just 2 weeks will be the new year and I want to roll it out in FULL FORCE.

My problem is im caught between it just a week before Xmas and many either not on the net or getting ready for the holiday. And the new year everyone will want to start fresh for the new year.

Question for the viewers. Does it matter if I re-roll it out say tomorrow ( I can get everything back in order tonight) or wait for that 1-1-2011 date so I may get those in the mind set of starting out new for the new year?

I get ideas and always put them off to have things start like on the 1st of the month or some even date. What is best?

I would get it up ASAP. You can always send an email out reminding them that you're there. But it you wait, you may not get "there" in time. Just do it!

Oh I agree - ACTION - don't put off tomorrow what you can do today - sometimes those extra few minutes that it takes will make a BIGGER difference down the road

Thanx for the suggestions....Now comes the marketing part. Im going to go the old school method first of emailing site owners within the same niche to see if they would like to participate. Does anyone have a script or template to use to email these folks. I know what to kinda say but i want it to come across as friendly and not so sales pitchy (even though of course they pay nothing but do have to advertise my products)
