It looks like an Article I wrote was syndicated, but when I click link in Google my article's gone

Hi Guys does anyone know whats going on there. like for instance I google This sentence from one of articles: "However, many radiant heat models do exist. Radiant heaters heat a bathroom using electric coils that reflect heat off a back panel" and the google result below comes up. but when I click on that link I don't see my article there. is this how autoblogs work or something?

I can see the article when I click on your link. Looks like it is the top one in the second column (under the google ads). Looks like they pulled it from Associated Content.

ooh ok sorry yeah I see...now since they pulled it from associated content do I still get the back link to my main site from that site. or is it like the initial site is giving a back link to associated content?

  I guess you shall have to keep building backlinks to the original site (your's) and eventually it will beat the others.
  
  This is a great reason that you would want to first get your own site's/article's content ranked and then syndiate it.
