Need some quick advice about a Paypal/Ebay problem

Hey everybody,

About two years ago, I gave my wife a gift of a very nice, and very expense namebrand purse. I know it was authentic, because of where I bought it.

Since it wasn't being used, I told my wife she could sell it on ebay if she wanted, which is what she did and got quite a bit of money for it.

Today the buyer contacts her, and states it is a fraud, it was stained, it had poor stitching, etc. and has already caused Paypal to charge back my wife's account.

She's a bit upset to say the least, and some suggestions of what to do next would be appreciated.

I don't think there really is much that you can do. Paypal and eBay both despise sellers and go out of their way to make sure that it is easy to screw them over. Probably all you can do is submit copies of whatever shipping information you have and hope for the best but good luck with that.
