I want to create a professional looking spiral report ecover on my own, any ideas how to do it fast and free?

You won't get a professional looking ecover on your first attempt.

Have you got Photoshop or any other fancy graphics program? If so, I'm sure you can find some tutorials by searching Google. If you havn't got any graphics programs, download the GIMP. The best you're going to get for nothing.

  Using photoshop and buy some photoshop action script and start to make your own ecover. Or you can outsource to me to make ecover.   While this solution won't generate a spiral type notebook looking ecover, you can generate an ebook cover or software box with the software without the need for Photoshop.
  
  And, it's free without any limitations.

  free....how good are you with photoshop?
  Basicly you need to change the perspective of the image and it would be handy to have a blank template of the spiral binder.
  
  I have seen this site but do not know if they are legal and if it's any good Free eBook Cover / eCover Actions and Templates

  Get a copy of Adobe PhotoShop, and buy some action scripts. If you have some graphics talent, you can easily create your own ecovers. Otherwise, leave it to a pro, this will make your covers look professional and attractive.
