Hi Guys, I would really appreciate your help with this question.

From your experience posting WSOs what has turned out to be the best time to post a WSO ? Please specify Day and time (Time with location please, as we may be located in different time zones) and the reason why you think this was so successful. i.e. Post stayed up longer on the front page, There were more Warriors online, Your offer was fantastic, , etc

Many thanks for your input.

    Now.

Over the course of posting many WSOs at many different times, I have noticed this very interesting thing.

Nobody can buy your WSO until you post it.

So when you have a WSO, and you haven't posted it, you are not making any sales... which means you are not making any money.

But when you post that WSO, behold! You begin to make sales, which produce money.

Now, it has been my experience that when I post my WSO at certain days and times, it stays on the front page longer.

But it has also been my experience that being on the front page does not significantly increase sales.

Indeed, I occasionally make sales from WSOs that are buried all the way down on page 20 and beyond. And when that happened, I used to bump them, thinking they would get a new wave of sales.

    Guess what? They didn't.

I have never found sales trends to change drastically no matter what page the WSO is on.

I can change my sales trends by mailing my list. I can change them by editing my signature. I can even change them by posting more in the forum. But bumping my WSO at a carefully selected day and time?

    Doesn't. Do. Squat.

So go, right now, and post your WSO. Because it makes more money up there than it does waiting around on your hard drive for Tuesday or Thursday morning at 8 AM GMT.

Which, oddly enough, is about fifteen minutes from... now.

For a good thoughtful moment, look up the previous answers I've given to this question over the last year, and you'll see this viewpoint gradually evolving out of a very strong initial opinion that there IS SO a best day and time to submit your WSO.

And now I understand all the experienced WSO veterans with their patronising smiles and the pat on the shoulder as they said "yeah... I remember when I used to think that."

Well, now so do I. And I know exactly what they mean.

To be honest CDarklock, I was tempted to use Saturday early morning around 10:30 am (Germany) to launch a WSO, cause if you scroll down on the WF homepage its states that the maximum number online ever were on 16.05.2009.....which happens to be a Saturday and the time corresponds to 10:30 am in Germany where I am located.....now with your input I know better.

      Great answer.

      To add to this...

there are times when you will have a sudden flow of sales and you
couldn't stop it if you tried, and there will be days where you think
      $40 went down the drain.

On some promotions you'll make next to nothing on the first promo,
but get a sudden surge of interest and sales on the second bump.

On others you'll make almost nothing on the 1st and 2nd bump, but
get a sudden surge of sales and interest on the 3rd.

Like CD, I at one point thought there was a "magic timing and day"
to do a bump...only to find out, after over 30+ bumps that no such
thing exists in reality, because reality is...

It's borderline "randomness" IF you rely on WSO traffic for sales by
itself. And MOST WSO promoters DO.

Most successful WSO marketers either have a strong reputation and
a list to back it up. I seriously DOUBT they rely on WSO traffic alone.
      To be frank witcha'...

if such a day and time DID exist (which I'm sure it does to someone
in somebody's mind), why would they reveal that to you?

The way they would see it...you're just some guy trying to jump on
the gravy train they spent time, money, and effort trying to find...

why would they give it to you for free?

I'm not saying I'm holding out such information from you, but if you
think about it from someones point of view who may have found a
magic timeslot...they would not tell you, especially for free, if they
      were in their right mind.

I'm selling a WSO that talks about this in detail (not a plug)...and it
is based on data and numbers, and their are best "estimated times",
      but no best SPECIFIC time.

The only difference is that I have a better chance getting views &
staying on top of the front page as long as possible.

      But you know what...

if you want consistent WSO sales, build a list and send your list your
WSO offer and treat Warrior Forum lookers as "icing on the cake
      ".

You get sales when to WSO is on page 20 because of people like me, who will bookmark the WSO in our browser and then buy it weeks later.

Listen to this man. Post that WSO, forget the day & time. Post it, and then move on and create your next one! We don't talk about it often here, but the most successful WSO sellers on this forum sell multiple WSO's. Always have that next one in the pipeline. Dedicate 2011 to this and in one year you'll be posting about how awesome 2011 was for you. Word.

      Bingo!

Gary knows what he is talking about. Any product won't make money until it is out there and perfectionism is the easiest way to procrastinate.

I'm glad you asked this question. I tried to do some analysis on this when I was posting WSO's very heavily and it came up pretty inconclusive. Yes after about 20 pages deep the sales slow down, but for the most part bumping them at a certain time doesn't do much.

Since I primarily sell software, I do notice that Saturday mornings are pretty good for quick sales right after a bump, but then again other times I have bumped them at 3am PST and still got a boost in sales.

So I'm in the list of people who say post it now, worry more about the quality of the product and the quality of the ad, don't spend a lot of time looking for that perfect time to post it.

You are living in 2009 dude.

The price is $40 in case you want to post one so that you don't start quarreling with the WSO section mods or even Allen.

However, the price is still good though I have never posted one.

If your product will give the buyer the desired value, then paying the $40 shouldn't be a pain in the neck.

The only thing you have to worry about is the rules. What a heck are the rules? You don't know? No wonder you mentioned $20.

    Hey Onash,

I haven't released a WSO yet but I remember reading a book earlier, about a month ago, that you should release your WSO before the traffic starts rising.

And the author also told to wait for a day or two, observe when the traffic rises, and once you know when it does, post your WSO around 15-20 minutes before that time phrase.

He also mentioned that you should NOT release a WSO that gives newbie formulas or methods on the weekends.

I am yet to try his methods, but I am working on a WSO.

Any day that's NOT a holiday. I was online during Christmas, forum didn't have nearly as many as it usually does on a Saturday. But just try to remember, this forum has a LOT of traffic during the EST time periods from 11am-1pm and 5pm-8pm on the weekdays and weekends.

But as most people have said, just post it and get it out there, because until you do that you aren't making any sales

As best as I understand it, you can't tell when your WSO will go live, as there is no telling how quickly it will get approved. It depends on how quickly the powers to be can process it and send it live. So your post will be greatly influenced by if the que is full and if the approval staff are doing other things and who knows what.

There is no best day or time to post/pay for your WSO, perhaps you could wait for 1500 people viewing instead of 300 but it won't make much of a difference. What matters is the quality and demand of your WSO's material, and your reputation will also be taken into consideration.

Guess what. I launched a new ($100) banner ad on Christmas Day and bumped my WSO ($40) and made two sales at $1250 each. Against all odds you would think. But there were still well over a thousand desperates looking for a solution in the WSO section. Unless, of course, Santa had hidden their presents in there.

So yeah - just do it. You never know who's online.

Here's what I think...First of all, when should you post it THE FIRST TIME (MAKE IT GO LIVE)? Right away.

Second of all, when should you BUMP it? Below is my opinion

The best time to BUMP is not ANYTIME, the best time is multiple times times of the day...

Now I'm not saying, bump it over and over before it goes off page 2...follow with me for a second.

There are visitors from ALL OVER THE WORLD that visit the Warrior Forum.

Have you ever stopped to think, that when you bump your WSO, HALF THE WORLD IS SLEEPING, and HALF THE WORLD IS AWAKE? (give or take nocturnal people )

Also, have you ever stopped to think that a good chunk of Warriors actually have full time jobs, so for a full 8 - 9 hours they can't see the forum?

My point is, since the Warrior Forum is so massive and popular, people come here in 'chunks'. You'll notice some people post regular threads and discussions at certain times of the day.

For example, you might not see me posting on the forum at 4am everyday, but you very well might see some other regulars posting during that time frame.

In fact I've been chatting with a friend who's located over in Paris. It's 1am here, and he's at about 7-8am there.

Now you must also understand that people will just browse the Warrior forum, JUST TO BUY SOMETHING, just to see if there's anything new that interests them.

So my point is, the best way to post your WSOs is to make sure you bump it at all different times of the day.

Example, bump it at 1pm the first time. When it goes off page 2, let it sit until you can bump it at around 7pm. Then after it goes off page 2, bump it at around 2am. After it goes of page 2, bump it at 9am...etc etc.

This will allow you to get Warrior Special Offers forum visitors that would normally never even see your ad.

Remember, if you post at only once certain time, for the most part, your WSO is only in front of half the world's WF visitors every time...thus your sales might die out a little bit like someone mentioned above.

Take what I said with a grain of salt if you want, but that's what's up!

Ultimately, the best time to post your WSO, is when it is ready to post. You don't want to post it before you or it is ready, and you don't want to waste time by posting it after it is ready. So the best time to post is when it is ready, not a minute before and not a minute after.

I've tried and tried and tried to wait and post a WSO when I thought the time was optimum, but I always fail and end up posting it the very second I get approval. I'm like a kid who has to open her presents immediately! I have no self-control when it comes to posting WSOs.

In all likelihood, you've made more sales - and thus more money - doing it this way. I've sat around waiting until the "right" time and smugly nodded as that first wave of sales came in, but then I've done the "release at the worst time ever" stuff and seen similar waves of sales. It just doesn't seem to matter.

Bumping your WSO will often give you another wave of sales. But looking for the right day and time to do it isn't going to help. And honestly, when I bump a WSO, it doesn't make any more sales than if I just stay active in the forum. It seems like the only difference is whether I pay $40 or not.

I don't think there is a "bad" time to post one as I'd imagine a large % of WSO's at least break even, but I'm starting to think that the afternoon on New Years Eve (US time) probably wasn't the best time to post one.

I've also tried to time my WSO releases after reading a product that advocated specific times to post. What I found out was that it really didn't matter what time I posted the WSO.

However, if I were to try and focus on a timed release I'd prefer to do the opposite of everyone else in order to maximize the amount of time spent on the first page of the WSO section.

I know that I screwed this up with my last WSO because right after I launched it, I saw it quickly move down the first page as WSO after WSO was released by other marketers.

    Respectfully,
