Error message on filezilla while trying to upload wordpress...

Here is the message I keep getting every time I try and upload wordpress from my HD to byethost:

Code:
Status:    Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response:    421 Too many connections (2) from this IP
Error:    Could not connect to server
Status:    Delaying connection for 5 seconds due to previously failed connection attempt...
What's going on here?

    It looks like you are either:

    1. already connected to your FTP site through another session

    or

    2. Filezilla is opening multiple connections to upload files, there should be a setting somewhere to only use 1 connection
