How to find or make this review table?

Hi I want to either find or make the tables like in the examples below. I'm not really sure what program to use to make it or the best way to start. I don't have a lot of money to pay someone but I usually learn on my own. If anyone can help with advice I would really appreciate it.

    If you go to "view" page source you'll get an idea about all the code in each table, images, href's, src's. It's not a job for a newby ;-)
