Question about Aweber...

Hey everybody,

Just seeing if anyone can help me out with an Aweber question. I helped a friend out with setting up a new web form. When we checked he had over 400 uniques to his site today, but only 81 impressions, 42 unique impressions for his web form stats. The form is viewable on every page of his site, plus he has a lightbox popup.

How does Aweber count impressions? When someone mouses over the form, or when they just see the form?

    I've never paid attention to the aWeber viewed statistics.

    I think the default form tracks with javascript, just like with Google Analytics, it's not going to report every view.

    If you are comparing to server stats, those are probably a little inflated.

    You're never going to have an exact traffic number. Every type of tracking I have on my sites comes up with a different number.

      Yeah that is true all of them are different. I noticed the same thing with some of my aweber stats. Based on my stats it seemed that they were only counting impressions when they hoovered over the form. Can't be sure but hope that helps!
