Creating my first IM Product based on thousands of great Keywords

Hi Fellow Warriors,

As an IM noob, I'm interested in putting together my first IM product, and
was hoping to get a some input on monetizing a VERY large list of keywords I have access to.

First a brief history to set a little context...
I got very interested in IM about 6 months ago, and in this time have read every book, forum, WSO & report I could get my hands on. I'd hate to think how much I've spent on WSOs at this point :-) But I've learned a ton (mainly here in WF - so thanks to all of you for that!).

I gravitated towards niche sites (and more recently mini-authority sites), and have built a few dozen in the past few months. I quickly realized how time consuming keyword research can be, and thought there had to be a better way. Being an engineer (my day job is a senior role at a VERY large software company), I started noodling on a better way..

Long story short, a friend & I build a system that is capable of finding thousands of KWs daily (similar to some of the other services out there, but on steroids - we have much more data, and competition info ). We are able to filter the words by any criteria (CPC, # Searches, EMD available, Competition, "Ease of ranking in SERPS", etc..)

We currently have almost a million keywords in the system, and can easily generate 20k daily. Of course most of these aren't winners, but we currently have more "great" KWs then we can ever use ourselves.
Note: I'm defining "great" as >10,000 Exact Local Searches, CPC >2, PR and #backlinks of top 10 competition easy to beat. We also have a lot of "good" KWs with similar criteria, but only 5,000+ local exact searches.

So, back to the question.. I'd love to get input on how (and If) we should consider monetizing all this great KW data. We've thought about selling packets (with the # of KWs we have, we could make these individual packs or for very small groups). We also thought about just selling a subscription to log straight into the database.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read, and share any input you have. As I mentioned, I am a IM noob, so I'm open to any and all suggestions at this point (including JVs, or just a pointer to a great "How to create an IM product" guide).

Thanks again!
-Ed

Why wouldn't you just scale up and use the keywords yourself?

There is no way I could ever use all these KWs myself. There are literally tens of thousands of good/great KWs in the DB. I have no desire to build that may sites.

I'd also like to diversify and go through the experience of creating an IM product.

I would love to have 10,000 sites that each made a dollar a day for me...

My preference is to have several hundred sites bringing in 10-20/ day.

If you are serious, I know where you can get all the KWs you'll need

Free or paid? If it happens that you are giving away this information, then I would also like to know.

Not free, sorry. I'm trying to create a product to sell out of the data I have.

Thanks. I've looked at most of the services I could find. We capture more data that what we've seen in other services. Namely the ability to quickly understand how tough it will be to rank for a term based on real SERP competition (not AllIn*** type queries).
