Dropbox (to share stuff with my VA and freelancers)
Microsoft Word (to create everyday work reports for my VA)
Microsoft Excel (to view the reports I get from my VA)
Skype (to contact my VA)

Content Creation:

Microsoft Word (obvious )
Camtasia (screen recording)
Audacity (audio recording)
Primopdf (to create pdfs)

Research:

Market Samurai (takes care keyword, product, content research and all other sorts of research)

Time Management:

iPad Calendar
2Do App (ipad)
The Action Machine (awesome tool)

Brainstorming:

Freemind
Mind Node (iPad app)

Photo Editing:

Photoshop (the best, EVAR )

Video Editing:

Camtasia Studio
Adobe After Effects

Archiving Utility:

7-zip (the best and free)

Video Games (Huge part of my life )

PC:

Madden 08 (Ok i'm not a "old is gold" kinda person, the only reason I play 08 is because that's the final version EA released for PC)
Combat Arms (free online FPS game)

Xbox 360:

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2
Call of Duty Black Ops
Madden 11

Paypal (It's OK but I am thinking about getting a merchant account)

Extra Desktop Space (Using my ipad as a monitor)

Air Display (it helps me use my iPad as a third monitor and that helps alot and looks alot more sexy than just 2 monitors)
Jump Desktop (let's me use my computer thru my ipad)

Google Chrome (the fastest and the most stable browser in my opinion)

I am fund of playing games and watching videos. My routine is first, open my YM and skype, then open my facebook, third play my games on facebook, forum, photoshop, DOTA, specialforce, Surfing the net. That is why i always do. Everyday :]

I basically use these exact same 3 programs everyday. I love Notepad++ for taking notes on all kinds of things. It's so simple!
