Flexibility Theme Question- Please help

If you use the free flexibility theme, have you had problems with adsense recognizing where the impressions come from? I did insert my publisher ID and channels in the theme options. I have created ads in adsense for the appropriate size and used that channel on the theme. However, am I suppose to be doing something more for the impressions to be registered with a theme? For example, today I have had 4 clicks and a lot of impressions, but it doesn't show which blog it is coming from. (Although I know which one it is coming from because of analytic stats). What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help...

Did you use a URL channel? That might make a difference.
